All audio content delivered through the Nekaflow platform is fully licensed for commercial use. Jasper Group Corporation Ltd holds the necessary rights to distribute, stream, and licence this audio content to business subscribers worldwide.

By subscribing to Nekaflow, your business is covered for the commercial playback of all audio content available on the platform — with no additional licensing fees, PRO payments, or copyright obligations.

  1. What Your Subscription Covers

Your active Nekaflow subscription grants you a licence to:

  • Stream Nekaflow audio programs within your registered business locations
  • Use audio content in waiting areas, treatment rooms, common areas, and staff environments
  • Access and play content across multiple locations included in your subscription plan

This licence is valid only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

  1. No PRO Payments Required

Unlike commercially available music services, Nekaflow subscribers are not required to make separate payments to performing rights organisations, including:

  • ASCAP (USA)
  • BMI (USA)
  • SESAC (USA)
  • SACEM (France)
  • PRS for Music (United Kingdom)
  • SOCAN (Canada)
  • APRA AMCOS (Australia / New Zealand)
  • Or equivalent organisations in other territories

Our audio is AI-generated and licensed directly — it is not subject to performing rights organisation tariffs.

  1. Restrictions

Your Nekaflow licence does not permit you to:

  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute any Nekaflow audio content
  • Use audio content in public broadcasts, commercial productions, or advertising
  • Sublicence or resell access to any content or platform features
  • Play Nekaflow audio after your subscription has been cancelled or suspended
  1. Third-Party Audio

The Nekaflow licence applies exclusively to audio streamed through our platform. If you play music or audio from other sources within your business premises, you remain responsible for obtaining appropriate licences from the relevant rights holders or performing rights organisations.
