Refund Policy

  1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Nekaflow platform, operated by Jasper Group Corporation Ltd, Hong Kong.

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you have concerns about your subscription, please contact us at info@nekaflow.com before requesting a refund.

  1. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

  1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  1. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are charged upfront for the full year.

  • Refund requests submitted within 14 days of initial purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund requests submitted after 14 days are generally not eligible for a refund
  • If granted, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months
  1. Service Failures

If the Nekaflow platform is materially unavailable for an extended and unplanned period due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or partial refund at our discretion. Such credits will be applied to your next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Fees for completed billing cycles on monthly plans
  • Annual subscription fees requested after 14 days of purchase
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to breach of our Terms of Service
  • Fees charged during a free trial that was not cancelled before expiry
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@nekaflow.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your subscription plan and billing date
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
