Commercial Usage Rights

1. Purpose of This Document

This Commercial Usage Rights document explains what Nekaflow subscribers are permitted to do with the audio content available on our platform, and how the licence works in a commercial business environment.

2. Licence Granted

By maintaining an active Nekaflow subscription, Jasper Group Corporation Ltd grants you a:

• Non-exclusive licence to stream and play Nekaflow audio programs
• Licence valid for the duration of your active subscription
• Licence covering all business locations included in your subscription plan
• Licence for in-premises playback only

This is a streaming licence. No audio files are transferred to you, and no ownership of any audio content is granted.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use Nekaflow audio for:

• Background music in your registered business location(s)
• In-room or in-zone audio environments as configured in your dashboard
• Staff-facing environments such as back-of-house, offices, or staff areas
• Waiting rooms, reception areas, treatment rooms, and public-facing spaces

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Nekaflow audio for:

• Public broadcasting (radio, television, online streaming to public audiences)
• Synchronisation with video content for commercial production
• Advertising, promotional campaigns, or brand content
• Resale or redistribution of audio content
• Any use outside of your registered business locations
• Playback after subscription cancellation or suspension

5. Multi-Location Use

Your licence covers the number of locations specified in your subscription plan. If you operate additional locations beyond your plan, you must upgrade your subscription or contact us at info@nekaflow.com to discuss an appropriate arrangement.

6. Audit & Compliance

Nekaflow reserves the right to audit usage to ensure compliance with these Commercial Usage Rights. In the event of unauthorised use, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue appropriate remedies under applicable law.

7. Licence Termination

Your commercial usage licence terminates immediately upon:

• Cancellation or expiry of your subscription
• Suspension of your account due to breach of our Terms of Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Following termination, you must immediately cease all playback of Nekaflow audio content.
